How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually the same working day. WhatsApp and phone are answered during business hours; email is read throughout the day and answered in the order it arrives.
Is there a minimum order?
Not on the Yantra Collection or personal keepsakes. The bulk tiers start at 50 pieces, 25 pieces and 10 pieces for Essentials, Artisan and Signature respectively.
Do you supply government institutions?
We do. We are a GeM-registered, Udyam-verified and ISO 9001:2015 certified supplier, and we handle tender documentation and scheduled delivery.
What do you need to quote accurately?
Material, size, quantity, finish and your deadline. Artwork is helpful but not required - we can build a design from a reference image or your existing logo.
Can you work from my file?
Yes. CorelDRAW, AI, PDF, SVG and high-resolution JPG all work. We confirm what will etch cleanly at your size before anything goes to production.
Do you ship overseas?
Every week, with insured international courier and full export documentation. Many of our overseas buyers are part of the Indian diaspora.
